SHIPPING SERVICE:
We make every effort to ship your order to you in 1-2 weeks. There may be times when we are out of stock on an item, and/or that item maybe on back order. We will do our best to get your order out as soon as possible. We provide fast, efficient shipping. If for any reason we can not send out your order you will be notified immediately. In the U.S. all orders are shipped 2-3 priority USPS, unless requested otherwise. Shipping charges are added to all orders.

Attention to all our international customers: As of now we do NOT ship Internationally. Hopefully in the future! Also, orders will not be shipped to P.O. boxes.

RETURN POLICY:
KSTREETNYC.com offers you our 100% satisfaction GUARANTEE. Please contact us within 3 business days of receipt for a full refund of the item you have purchased. We will gladly accept all returns if contacted within the 3 day window period, unworn still in plastic bag and returned to kstreet within 7 business days. The original shipping and handling charges will not be credited back to your charge card unless KSTREETNYC has made a mistake in sending the wrong item, or the item is defective in some way.  All return requests must be accompanied by a written valid explanation of the reason for return via email – info@kstreetnyc.com. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If a package is returned to us stamped "refused" there will be a 10% restocking fee applied to the credit.
